New Process -  Late Container Gate In Beyond CY Closing

Dear Valued Customer,

During feedback sessions by our clients we were asked to provide a better service with regards to our current late gate in procedures. We understand that you as a client will need to have more flexibility in the occasion you cannot make our CY cut off.

In order to serve your current business model better and better understand your needs, we have decided to review our current process accordingly. We now would like to take an extra step by pro-actively providing 24x7 supports.

With effect 1st October 2010 we are proud to announce that you can now submit your request to us using the format as per format below

We kindly seek your cooperation to submit all requests by latest 5 hours before CY Closing. This would allow our team to arrange your request with respective port terminal for their approval.  It would also provide us ample time to arrange your containers to be loaded as per your request.

Each request comes with late gate-in charges as stated in the below table.
